1. The Competition

1.1. Budget Energy and Flogas Ireland are offering entrants the opportunity to win a 1 Night Dining Escape at Galgorm, with a voucher to the value of £585.

1.2. To enter the competition, entrants must complete the competition entry form and provide their name and contact details.

1.3. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.

1.4. Entrants will also be given the option to indicate whether they would like to receive information from Budget Energy and/or Flogas relating to:

• Gas for their home;
• Gas for their business;
• Electricity for their home; and/or
• Electricity for their business.

1.5. Selecting any of these options is optional and is not a condition of entering the competition.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of Budget Energy, Flogas, their associated companies, agencies, suppliers, partners, and anyone professionally connected with the competition, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2.4. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who provides inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, or who attempts to enter the competition more than once.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Entrants must complete the official competition entry form available at the NI Festival of Business and submit their details as instructed.

3.2. Entries must be submitted during the competition period on the day of the NI Festival of Business.

3.3. The closing time for entries will be 6pm on 16^th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3.4. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted.

4. The Prize

4.1. One winner will receive a 1 Night Dining Escape at Galgorm, located at:

4.2. The prize includes:

• A £585 Voucher that includes
• 1 night’s accommodation at Galgorm;
• A 3-course meal;
• A choice of spa experience;
• Use of the Thermal Village; and
• Breakfast in the Conservatory.
• The voucher can be used on any date excluding 14^th February or 24^th, 25^th and 31^st December

4.3. The prize is for two people, subject to confirmation by the Promoters and Galgorm.

4.4. The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

4.5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

4.6. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, including travel, transport, additional food or drink, treatments, activities, upgrades or other expenses not expressly included in the prize, will be the responsibility of the winner.

4.7. The Promoters reserve the right, where necessary, to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

5.2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.

5.3. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

5.4. If the Promoters are unable to contact the winner 14 days, or the winner does not respond or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

5.5. The Promoters’ decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

6. Marketing Communications

6.1. Entrants may choose to opt in to receive information, offers and communications relating to Budget Energy and/or Flogas products and services.

6.2. Marketing preferences are entirely optional and do not affect an entrant’s eligibility to enter or their chances of winning.

6.3. Where an entrant provides marketing consent, their information will be used in accordance with the relevant company’s privacy policy and the preferences selected by the entrant.

6.4. Entrants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in relevant marketing communications or by contacting the relevant company.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Personal information provided as part of the competition entry will be collected and processed for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and, where applicable, administering any marketing preferences selected by the entrant.

7.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoters’ applicable privacy policies.

7.3. Entrants should ensure that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

8. General

8.1. By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary.

8.3. The Promoters will not be responsible for any failure or inability to enter the competition caused by technical issues, network failures or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

8.4. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions or attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition.

8.5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
